Frequently Asked Questions
The Principal Officer is the person responsible for the tax affairs of the AOP or company, usually the managing partner, CEO or a director. FBR links the entity's IRIS profile to this person, so a letter signed by all partners or directors confirming the Principal Officer is commonly requested at registration.
